​Specialising in individual treatment, my approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy—an effective modality focused on uncovering and understanding the subconscious psychological patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. With a strong foundation in clinical research, I work with clients to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, attachment trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, relationship distress, emotional dysregulation, dependency concerns, and self-esteem challenges. My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into your internal world, empowering you to create lasting change and lead a more fulfilling life.
